Peter Holtz received the degree of Bachelor of Real Estate and Housing Industry and has studied real estate economics at the European Business School.

He started his career at Allianz Grundstücks-AG (today’s Allianz Real Estate) in Frankfurt am Main in 1988. In 1990, he moved to DTZ Zadelhoff in Stuttgart, where he was responsible for the investment division. His continuous great successes in the transaction business led to his sphere of influence being expanded to the entire German investment business when he was promoted to Managing Director and Head of Investment Germany. Peter Holtz was active at DTZ for a total of thirteen years.

In 2003, Peter Holtz founded the real estate consulting company PH REAL Peter Holtz Real Estate Services.

From 2006 onwards, Peter Holtz was partner and Head of Investment Germany at Cushman & Wakefield (the largest international real estate consulting company managed by partners) for eight years. From its headquarters in Frankfurt, he was able to successfully complete a multitude of individual and portfolio transactions in Germany for national and international clients.

Peter Holtz is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). The RICS is the globally leading professional association for real estate professionals with over 100,000 qualified members.
